Zebra "Valis" is a dark cinematic analog tour de force collection of 180 signature patches for U-He's Zebra 2.8 synth, designed by Sonic Underworld and curated by Luftrum. The set contains a wide sound palette of gloomy darkness and strange evil, balanced with a hint of salvaging light. There are characterful arpeggios, dark basslines and basses, twisted synth keys with after-key dynamics, silky warm pads to driving, tense pulses and ominous soundscapes. Being both beautiful and sinister by nature, these sounds are perfectly suited to be used in TV/Film and sci-fi underscore dramas and horror. While heavily influenced by artists Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein of Stranger Things fame, additional influences can be attributed to artists such as Ben Frost, Apparat, Disasterpeace and Vangelis Release date: September 27th, 2019
